With 70 years of combined experience in the property investment market, we know how to maximise value.
Our principals, Ian Amdur and Frank Devoy, have different but complementary backgrounds. Together, they formed Waverley Investments to work together and with partners who need new solutions to real estate issues.
Ian is an experienced investor/developer and a founder and major shareholder of Dorchester Regeneration. Dorchester owns the former USAF base at Upper Heyford, now Heyford Park, which is being transformed into a new small town and industrial/commercial complex. Dorchester is a partner of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and is development manager for the regeneration of Whitehill and Bordon.
Frank’s experience includes a mix of corporate and consulting. Starting as a QS, he has a strong track record in business creation and the turnaround of difficult real estate projects. A Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and MBA, he has advised clients such as Vodafone, Shell, BAE Systems, BBC and various government departments.
Using their combined experience, Ian and Frank are able to look more holistically and create entrepreneurial transaction structures and uses of funding which solve real problems. Waverley aims to form close long-term relationships with its partners on the basis of successful collaborative working and shared benefit.
Waverley is asset and situation agnostic, drawing together teams of experts and funding as required. The commonality will be working alongside partners to turn issues into shared wealth.
